Conan Exiles Sorcery Guide

Summary
Conan Exiles has many different mechanics that have been added to the game through significant updates. One of the newest mechanics is the addition of sorcery, which allows players to acquire powerful boons and spells to aid their adventure. Sorcery is not without risk, however, as practicing sorcery will raise the player's corruption level, reducing their maximum health. The Age of Sorcery Update added not only sorcery but multiple other improvements to the base game systems and new ways to progress.

1. The Sorcery Quest can be started by looting any dead sorcerer and obtaining the Dead Sorcerer's Map.



2. The cave marked on the map is Shaleback Hollow and can be located in the exiled lands here:


3. Progress to the end of the cave to find the Sorcery Tome on a stone altar.


4. After acquiring the tome, build the Thaumaturgy Bench using the Construction Hammer.


5. The thaumaturgy bench will contain various upgrades for the Sorcery Tome. The requirements for each stage are listed below.
