Summary
Assetto Corsa has many car skins available by default, allowing players to customize their car's appearance. By following this method, players can also change the skins of AI Racers and any other cars that appear in races. The names for these skins can be easily found on the BisectHosting Games panel, allowing for a convenient list of all skins available, including custom ones. Players must designate their chosen car and select a skin from the entry list file to customize their cars.
How to Change Car Skins on an Assetto Corsa Server
1. Log in to the BisectHosting Games panel.
2. Stop the server.
3. Go to the Files tab.
4. Open the cfg folder.
5. Open the entry_list.ini file for editing.
6. Navigate to the SKIN= section for the desired Car.
7. Change SKIN= to the desired skin name.
8. Once finished editing, choose Save Content.
9. Start the server.
How to Find Skin Names
1. Log in to the BisectHosting Games panel.
2. Go to the Files tab.
3. Find the following directory: /home/container/content/cars .
4. Open the skins folder for the desired car.
5. Take note of any desired skin names in the folder.
